Filarr is free to use locally, with no account. With a cloud account, your plan sets how much you can sync and share. This page lists the limits Filarr applies today. For current prices and offers, see https://filarr.com/pricing.

A few details:
- The Free plan has no time limit.
- Filarr Send has its own limits, which also depend on your plan. The Send page of send.filarr.com shows the ones that apply to you. See Send files with Filarr Send.
- Teams is billed per seat, with a minimum of three seats. Viewers are free and don't count toward your seats. Enterprise starts at 25 seats.
- A seat in a Teams or Enterprise organization gives you all the Pro features for your personal use too. Settings → Account & Sync then shows Covered by your organisation next to your plan.
- Inviting people can add sync storage: 5 GB per person, up to 3 people on Free and 10 on paid plans. See Invite friends and earn space.
Change your plan
- Go to Settings → Account & Sync. Your current plan appears as a badge at the top.
- On the Free plan, under Upgrade your plan, click the Solo button (€4 a month) or the Pro button (€8 a month). On Solo, the Subscription row offers the Pro button.
- The payment page opens in your browser. Complete the payment there.
Back in the desktop app, a message confirms that your plan was updated.
Teams and Enterprise go through an organization. See Create or join an organization.
Manage or cancel your subscription
- Go to Settings → Account & Sync.
- In the Subscription row, click Manage.
The payment portal opens in your browser. There you can manage your subscription, change your payment method or cancel.
When you reach a limit
- Sync storage full: new uploads stop until you free up space or change plan. The desktop app shows Cloud quota reached. Everything already synced stays, and your files stay on your devices.
- After a downgrade or a cancellation: Filarr deletes nothing. If you are above the new limits, you can't add more until you are back under them.
- Shared vaults you own: if your plan lapses, their space becomes read-only for everyone. Nothing is lost, and they become editable again as soon as you renew.
- Your own storage: if the plan that allows it ends, Filarr stops writing to your bucket. See Use your own storage.
